After a year on Quicken, I was never able to connect my bank in Canada, Caisses Desjardins, to online banking; Quicken was pretty useless to me. I don't know why I have to write a post here. I'd rather send an email to the company directly. Anyway, I canceled my renewal. I haven't used it in a year.
If any Quicken employee can reach out to me, it would be appreciated.
