CC-885 When importing Tangerine chequing account details to Quicken
Hello, I'm getting a persistent CC-885 error when trying to import transactions to Quicken for a bank account (Tangerine in Canada). This bank does allow web connect but only downloaded the last month's transactions and I need a lot more than that … so I tried to download the .QFX file from Tangerine but I get the error everytime.
I've tried deleting and re-installing the account in Quicken, but I get the same result. Can anyone help me here please? Thank you … Quicken Classic Deluxe (Canada) Version 8.4.2 (Build 804.59835.100) on macOS 26.2

Hello @RamsayX,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
The CC-885 error occurs when a financial institution discontinues its connected services in Quicken (most common cause) or when it is no longer available (such as from a merger with another bank).
In your case, you are getting this error when importing a QFX file, so I am inclined to think the web connect option has been discontinued by the bank.
In some cases, this could be temporary, so we recommend waiting 24 hours and trying again. If the error persists longer than 24 hours, please contact Quicken Support directly for assistance. Further investigation and escalation may be needed.
Thank you!
Quicken Alyssa
