Quicken sounds defaulting

I change the record sound from Qrecord.wav to Qmem.wav. I like the sound better, but recently the sound has been changing back to Qrecord, after a few Quicken starts. Not sure if this is a Windows issue or a Quicken issue…

My data file is NOT being synced nor backed up.
