Issues with new online logins for PSECU and quicken download
Hi… recently PSECU has changed how you login online. I created a new login that allows you to see ALL the accounts you have under one login.
We have a joint account login with my Wife as primary, a joint account login with me as primary, and a custodial account login. I used to have each set of accounts under it's own login.
Once I changed my logins through PSECU, quicken would error when trying to connect.
I updated my password vault and each account to the 'new' login I created, but when Quicken presents the accounts to setup they are mismatched… so for instance it tried to link MY checking account electronically to my Wife's.. and I can't seem to get it to not do that.
I called PSECU, and they stated that as of 2 yrs ago.. they don't support quicken. I did have issues a few years back but was fixed by setting up direct connect… that fix is no longer working.
I have close to 20yrs of banking with PSECU through quicken and rely on it heavily daily.
Is there a solution?

I did have some success just now.
I disabled ALL my PSECU accounts in quicken, and removed from online update.
I logged into each PSECU account on their website, went to the profile in PSECU and set the default/primary account view to the accounts where the person I log in as is the 'primary' person on the account
I waited an hour or so
I then when in and setup online access for an account in Quicken… and for accounts where I am primary.. added MY login and password.. and it seemed to find them all ok.
Did the same with my wife's… and seemed to find them ok too.
We'll see how tomorrows download goes.0
