Quicken Account Download of Separate American Express Account
Hello;
I have two Quicken Amex accounts. They are tied to two Amex accounts with separate logins for both my wife and me. There are 2 cards for each Amex account for a total of 4 cards (wife is the primary account holder on one, I am the primary cardholder on the other). If I attempt to reset one account on Quicken, it goes through the process of activating that Quicken card's account, but then disables the download capability for the other Quicken card's account. I can go back and forth successfully resetting one Quicken account, but then causing the other to be unrecognized and disabled from downloads. How do we get out of this do-loop spiral?

Hello @RAcosta23,
Thank you for sharing a detailed account of your experience!
I have seen some financial institutions that allow only one set of credentials to be used per file. However, I don't know if this is the case with American Express.
Please contact Quicken Support directly for assistance with this. They can investigate further and process an escalation if needed.
Thank you!
Quicken Alyssa
