Stock for Stock Acquisition

I own a security that was acquired by another company at a rate of 2.475 shares of the new company for each share of the acquired company I own. Quicken help tells me to go to enter transactions then actions and choose Corporate Acquisition (Stock for Stock) in the actions drop down but that option does not exist.
