Budget planning improvement

I'm using Quicken Deluxe vR65.29 on a Windows 11 PC. When entering budget data under the "Planning" tab, after any entry, the screen jumps back to the top. Very annoying. I'd like to suggest that the screen stay at the same location as where you made the entry. As an aside, some reports also exhibit this behavior.
