Quicken downloads from Target credit card?

Quicken Premier for Windows. Latest version.
Since I enabled a passkey on my Target account, Windows is unable to download transactions. AFAIK, the Target account still has a valid password (unless Target disabled passwords when one enables passkeys).
Anybody still able to download from Target?
