Investment transaction needed for RRIF payment

"Miscellaneous Expense" has all the right categories but it doesn't take the RRIF payment out of CASH in your RRIF account

"XOUT" also has most of the fields I need but it is missing a CATEGORY field so that I can add a category of RRIF INC

The latter would be the easiest to provide.
