It seems since upgrading to Version 8.4.2 a checking account that has Quicken Connect for downloads only displays a running balance (font in gray italic) instead of the regular balance. There are no filters applied, am in transaction view, I deleted and connected again with Quicken connect, and turned cloud sync on and off with a reset in between. I normally keep cloud sync off.
When reconciling the Quicken balance incorrectly shows the running balance although the online balance shown is correct.
I can't think what else to try and fix this. Has anyone run into it?
