Dashboard customization feature: allow adding custom reports

I would love it if I could replace some of the current dashboard cards with my own custom Quicken reports. That would make the dashboard a truly useful home screen for evaluating my finances.

In addition to the Home tab's Dashboard view do you also have a selection named My Money or similar?

This is one of the "Classic Views" (classic because it's been a part of Quicken since forever).

To customize a Classic View click the gear icon and select Customize View.
You can also add Classic Views as needed.
Experiment with this feature. It has quite a number of views available to put together as you wish.

You can have more than one view. And, after adding and customizing Classic Views, you can make one of them to be your Startup View in Edit / Preferences / Startup.

Oh, nice! I had completely forgotten about that toggle. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the Classic View also does not let me add a custom report to a View. So my product enhancement suggestion still stands. But this is still more useful to me than the new dashboard (pretty as it is) with its more limited card selections. And I can at least customize any of the canned reports I place on a View so that in essence accomplishes what I was after. 😁 Now if only the Budget view would remember the categories I collapse so that it remains that way whenever I bring up the classic view… but there's always gonna be something!
