Support for Indian number grouping system

I use Windows - Quicken Classic Premier with base currency set to INR (Indian Rupees).
India follows a different number grouping system. For example:
US follows million = 1,000,000 (Quicken supports this)
India follows Lakh = 1,00,000 (Quicken does not support)
Crores = 1,00,00,000 (Quicken does not support)
Q does not support Indian number grouping system. I did not find a way to make this change on Q software. This is a request for enhancement/new feature to the product.
