Another CC503 error

I'm using Quicken for Windows. I recently updated my Bank Account password. Quicken say WebConnect does not need it any longer. However, I keep getting CC503 errors when I try to autoupdate. It's an endless loop in Quicken: updating, running, updating, running.

What am I doing wrong that it won't pull transactions?

    If I go to Edit Password Vault and look at my bank info, it says the stored PW is not required. I'm dumbfounded what to do to get the update to run

    Nevermind - I think I figured out the steps. I needed to reset the account and then essentially reactivate it. Weird.
