Cash Account showing same cash balance in banking section and investing section

I use a brokerage account on quicken for windows where I use the “show cash in checking account feature”. I’ve never before had an issue, but starting recently quicken shows the same cash balance in banking and in investments. So the value of my cash management account is doubled throwing off my net worth significant. Has anyone seen this before or knows how to correct? I’ve manipulated the “treat this money market as cash” feature in multiple different ways and can not get it to show the balances correctly. Hopefully someone can help line this out.

Before we start, I have a few questions to better understand the situation:

1. Which bank does the account belong to?
2. What connection method are you using? To check:
   1. Open the account.
   2. Click the Gear icon in the upper right.
   3. Select the Online Services tab — this will show the connection method.
3. If you have more than one brokerage account at the same financial institution, are you seeing the same issue with the other accounts?
4. When did you first notice the issue?
5. How is Quicken showing the cash in your brokerage account; as cash or as a money market fund (security)?
6. Where is your Quicken file located? To check:
   1. Open Quicken and go to File.
   2. At the bottom under Recent Files, the file with the check mark next to it is the one currently open. Please provide the full file path shown there.
