I have the same problem with USAA.
I have a checking and a CD account. Both in Quicken but checking stopped updating transactions a while ago CD account is okay. I've tried everything I know of to get the checking account working but no luck. I've deleted both and started over but can only setup CD again … checking is not presented for selection.
What is wrong?
