I no longer get transactions downloaded when I update Charles Schwab accounts. [Edited]

I no longer get transactions downloaded when I update. The bottom of the screen only shows placeholder entries. I have another Schwab in a different file, which works fine.

    I reviewed your account and, as you mentioned, one data file appears to be connecting properly while the other is not. Before we proceed with troubleshooting, please provide a bit more information.

    1. What is the name of the data file where the account is not working?
    2. Are you receiving any error messages when updating the account? If so, what is the exact error code/message?
    3. What is the date of the last transaction that successfully downloaded in the affected account?
    4. Have you already tried deactivating and reactivating the account?
