Unable to Connect Two Citi Bank Accounts Simultaneously [Edited]

The activation of download for one of my Citi card accounts causes the other Citi card account to fail. I cannot find a solution to this specific issue.

Apparently related to express web connect change from the old way.

Citibank says it is a Quicken issue. Fix this or give me a refund.

    I’ve reviewed your account, and both credit cards appear to be connected properly on our end. To better understand what might be happening, could you please provide a bit more information?

    • You mentioned the issue may be related to a change in the connection method. Did the problem begin immediately after making that change?
    • Are the two accounts under separate login credentials, or the same one?
    • Are you receiving any error messages when updating? If so, what is the exact error code/message?
    • Are both accounts personal, both business, or is one personal and the other business?
