Fidelity and Quicken File and Connectivity Change between Feb 24 and Feb 25

I was in the process of normally opening my Quicken File on Windows. Quicken, as usual prompted me for an upgrade, I accepted and was hit with a situation where all accounts went off-line and I had to reinitiate. This was from a simple patch upgrade from the version before to the latest version. What frustrated me was that all acounts were taken offline. When I reinitiatied the connections, my Fidelity balances for cash accouns went crazy which was when I called I was told was a known issue which Quicken support told me is Fidelity's fault. I asked, what about why all the other accounts disconnected too, and was told that it happens every time I upgrade. Now, I am not even sure how long I have been using quicken but it is a long time. I have NEVER had all accounts disconnect on a patch, and I let him know that. I asked to see the documentation that this was the case and when I asked for the KB article he disconnected me. Now I did not get a survey request from that call but I was pretty upset. One, I had an issue with all accounts on a simple "patch" upgrade. Two Fidelity worked and connected minutes before the quicken "Patch". Three, when I open the backups that are older, the file goes through a complete update (green bar we are updating your file) and that is when everything breaks. Pretty sure this patch is a mess, and really did not like having someone hang up on me after telling me something that is either new as of yesterday for quicken, or not correct information. Either way my quicken file is not usable unless manual for Fidelity and all accounts have to be reactivated except that until they fix this.

I received a new "version" of quicken yesterday, after I posted this, I reinitiated online accounts except Fidelity just in case! That makes sense!
