Why is this happening? It's been happening for quite some time.

Hello @aardaps,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
Are you saying you have to perform the One Step Update twice in order to get your Merrill Lynch account to update? I have some follow-up questions for you:
- About how long do you think this issue has been happening?
- When you perform the One Step Update for the first time, do you see Merrill Lynch listed as one of the banks getting updated?
- Do you receive any error codes throughout this process?
- Where is your data file located?
- You can see this by going to File. The first file listed near the bottom of the menu is the file you are currently using. The file path will be shown there. That is what we are looking for.
- Is your file being backed up/synced by any third-party services like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Carbonite?
Looking forward to your response!
