Highlight Accounts/Transactions In Different Colors
I would like to be able to highlight transactions in different colors. This would enable me to find different transactions that I'm having issues with. An example would be checks written but not cashed so I can follow-up with payees. 10 colors should be sufficient. Kind of like working in Excel highlighting a row.
—As Quicken captures daily transactions sometimes there are needs and offset in regular activity that you want to hightlight in the ledger. Maybe a unexpected service cost, etc. I would suggest a right click option that could bold or change the text to red (example) that you could look back later as identify a changed happened. Same request for the account list on the left. The ability to change the color of the account name would offer great organization at a quick glance. In the now, everything is in Blue.

Are you aware that you can flag any transaction, change the color of the flag, and add a note.

FYI - you can filter for Unreconciled transactions. Although it doesn't apply a color, this may meet your requirement.

Or sort the register by Clr status. The uncleared items will drop to the bottom.

I to would like to highlight a transaction in a different color so it stands out. Can that be done? So it's understood, a horizontal row, one transaction. Not a vertical column.

It would be good to be able to highlight a transaction in a vibrant color. I want one transaction of the month to a colored horizontal row so it stands out and I can find it quickly. To be clear, this would be one transaction, not a vertical column. I am using a window laptop. Thanks.

Hello @Mark Terpstra ,
Thank you for adding to this idea thread.
I merged the idea you created with this one as well.
Thanks again!
