Add ability to enter a note for individual securities displayed in the Investing > Portfolio view.

It would be helpful if you could add a note to each of the securities displayed in the INVESTING > Portfolio screen (similar to the Notes and Flags feature in the account registers). The note entry could then be displayed in a Notes column.
