New JP Morgan Investment accounts are not being added
I have it set up that new accounts will automatically be added to Quicken. This is not working. Even when I try to manually add the new accounts, Quicken isn't picking them up. Now what?

- If so, please reach out to the bank for assistance with this.
- If not, please explain how this was set up this way.
- Are you the primary account holder on these accounts?
- Are you getting any errors when you try adding these?
