Cannot connect to my Achieva Credit Union to update transactions (Q Mac)

This has been happening since Thursday. I get the following message:

Multifactor authentication failed

This connection failed, and will not update:

Achieva Credit Union (terryzee) - Error FDP-101 (CP_SCRIPT_ERROR - org.son.JSONException:

JSONObject "Cookies"] is not a JSONArray (class org.json.JSONObject$Null : null).)

To retry the failed connection, you'll need to start a new update.

Also in Connection Status in Quicken, it says:

We were unable to connect to Achieva Credit Union. Please try again later. If this issue persists, contact Quicken Care and report this error code and institution name. (FDP-101)

I contacted my credit union and they said I needed to contact Quicken Support. I contacted Quicken Support and they told me to contact my credit union. They then told me to wait a day and see if it worked. It hasn't worked since Thursday and all I'm getting from everyone is finger pointing and NO solution.

    Helo @terryzee,

Thank you for reporting the errors you are seeing.

The FDP-101 error occurs when Quicken cannot connect to the bank to retrieve transaction information. This could be caused by something on the bank's end blocking Quicken from connecting.

We currently have an Open Alert because we have seen these errors with some other banks as well. Now that you have been receiving this error for more than 24 hours, please reach out to Quicken Support so they can escalate or possibly add you to the open alert.

    Thank you!
