When will Quicken update their certificate that is referenced when processing a downloaded update file? The current certificate that is displayed when you drill down expired in 2024. Does this mean that there is no proof that the download comes from Quicken?

I click on 'update now'

I get a screen with

The next screen offers to Show information about the publisher's certificate

That option displays that the certificate expired on 8/17/2024

I am confused. Is it risky to use an expired certificate? I expected that this was to provide some level of security.
