    I have not been able to get the downloads from my bank to show up on my computer for a couple weeks

    Hello @denbru,

    Thank you for reporting the issue you are having.

    After reviewing your connections internally, it appears you are having trouble connecting to Park View Federal Credit Union. Is this the bank connection you are needing help with? If so, it looks like you are trying to connect to an old instance of this bank, and it needs to be updated.

    To do this: (Click the blue links to review the full article and complete all the steps.)

    1. Deactivate all Park View FCU accounts.
    2. Reconnect the accounts.
      1. Go to Tools>Add Account.
      2. Select the bank for the deactivated account(s). If prompted, select the connection method. Screenshot 2026-03-11 at 2.16.18 PM.png
      3. Enter your credentials and click Connect.
      4. When the list of located accounts appears, choose LINK next to each account you want to reactivate.
      5. Click Next, then Done on the last prompt.
