Update to "Transaction Date vs Posting Date" issue, I have R66.1.26 but feature N/A

I went through the KB article about missing Posting Date after downloading fom bank. However, when doing the solution for change the new checkbox under "Download transactions → Use the date from your Finacial Institute for matched transactions", no such feature exists. I'm expecting it to be there due to note that says this is article is for R66.12 and my Quicken Classic has been updated to to R66.26 (build 27.1.66.26).
