Allow import of QIF file data into an existing account

Importing QIF currently requires an empty file. I'm generating a QIF file from transactions at a rental property using a script which imports fine into Quicken for Windows, but gets an error from Quicken for Mac.

Alternately, allow QFX import into a cash account. I can also create a QFX file from the same script but Quicken Mac enforces known banks so the import fails.

So there is no apparent way to import a list of transactions into an existing cash account.
