    Laura, please confirm whether the suggestion is for Users to backtrack from the current, installed R66.23 in Quicken Classic Premier to R65.29 as a solution? I'm concerned such action would create more data demons for Users. Quicken technical people are probably better able to handle backtracking to resolve the ongoing problem with Users being unable to link active accounts between Fid + Q. Thanks for the update.

    As reported before, Q blocks me from scrolling current accounts to link Fidelity with Q. Installing a previous Q software version is not a viable option.

    Hi @SeaStar,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing this issue. As previously mentioned, our team is actively working to resolve the scrolling problem.

    At this time, the only available workaround to link your accounts is to revert to Release R65.29.

    Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could share your log files so we can forward them to the appropriate team for further investigation. To do so, please follow these steps:

    • Open Quicken
    • Go to Help
    • Select Report a Problem
    • Click Send to Quicken Report a problem QWin copy.png

    Once you’ve submitted the logs, please let me know.

    Appears to have been fixed with R66.28 released today. There is now a scrolling window.

    R66.28 worked to restore scrolling functionality here. Now that I can once again link previously deactivated accounts, the reactivated downloads seem to be working for first time in 4 weeks. I'm thankful I did not revert to R65.29.

    That's right, the issue with the scrolling bar in Release 66.28 has been resolved, and it now displays only the appropriate account types.
