Bill reminder now appears 27 times for the same date

My mortgage bill reminder now appears 27 times for the same date. I have "ignored" the reminder, changed the due date back to the correct date, then it appears on the Home Calendar page 27 times for the new corrected date. This makes estimating my account balance worthless. This is not a new reminder. It seems to be a result of trying to link the reminder to an online biller, I have since deleted that online biller but the problem still exists.

    Thank you for reporting the issues you are experiencing with reminders.

    I have some follow-up questions for you.

    • How long has this issue been happening?
    • Were you using Quicken Mobile & Web recently?
      • Or have you recently disabled Quicken Cloud services?
    • Have you tried deleting the reminder and re-adding it?
      • If not, this would be a good troubleshooting step to try.

    We can also try validating your file. Doing this can help clear up strange behaviors like this.

    To do this:

    1. Save a backup.
    2. Go to File.
    3. Select Validate and Repair file… Validate and Repair 2.png
    4. Check the first box for Validate file.
    5. Click Ok.

    Once the validation has completed, it will produce a report of anything it has found/corrected.
