Can I stop using eBills if I don't like it?

I get prompted to try eBills and I'm 😱scared 😱. I'm an old guy and set in my ways. But I'm willing to try things out IF I can back out if I don't like them. My question is simple. Can I try eBills out and if I don't like it tell Quicken within 10 to 15 minutes of clicking, etc to stop bothering me with this "eBill stuff"?

    Hello @Perry Smith,

Thank you for posing this question.

Yes, you can stop using eBills if you don't end up liking it.

I am curious what prompt you are getting. Usually, if the prompt is a pop-up window, there will be a box at the bottom that you can check to stop it from reminding you. If that is not present, there are also settings in Quicken that you can turn off to stop receiving certain types of messages.

To see these, you would open Quicken. Click the word "Quicken" in the top-left corner of your screen, then click Settings.

Click on Messages & Offers, and select/deselect the messages you want to receive.

Sometimes these prompts show up as banners across the top of your Quicken. Those can usually be dismissed by clicking the "X" in the far right corner of the message.

Let us know if you would like steps provided on setting up Bill Manager, so you can use eBills.

    Hope this helps!

Thank you. I set up a new file for my business. I think I'm going to prefer this instead of having one file with both my personal and business. So, when I added AmEx, the top of the window started talking about eBills. I will check it out further and see what I like.
