Report including Closed and Hidden Accounts

I have 29 years of data in Quicken and would like to pull a report showing all income from all the checking accounts we've had. Is that possible?

    Yes, this is possible. You can customize the report to display only the account and categories you’d like to review.

    To customize a report:

    • Go to Reports
    • Select the report you prefer (for example, Spending by Category, which can be adjusted to show only income categories)
    • Click Customize Screenshot 2026-03-31 at 11.11.10 AM.png
    • Open the Accounts tab
      • Check Hidden Accounts and Separate Accounts if you’d like to include them
      • Select the specific account(s) you want to include Screenshot 2026-03-31 at 11.11.02 AM.png
    • If you’d like to display only income categories, go to the Categories tab and select the desired categories
