Quicken Classic Premier Renewal
I am using the Windows version of Quicken Classic Premier. Quicken automatically renewed my subscription using Quicken subscription services on March 16, 2026, as I had authorized. However, when I go to Help/About under Subscription it states, "Expired on March 16, 2026." I can confirm that the subscription renewed for another year on the Quicken.com website. The program continues to function as it has in the past, but the subscription date hasn't updated. Is this a bug in the renewal process.

Thank you for reaching out. It’s possible that Quicken simply needs to refresh your login session. You can do this by following these steps:
- Go to Help > Refresh Sign In
- Complete the login process.
Afterward, please return to Help > About Quicken and verify that the correct subscription expiration date is displayed.
