Lake Trust Credit Union - CC-511
Just spent 90 minutes with support, case ID 12329494.
This financial institution is my main one so having it work is very important. Talking to support, they blamed it on the credit union, although it was working fine recently and it works fine with [Removed-Third Party Software]. I escalated it to a supervisor and they told me I should download transactions as a csv, which is not an option. Then they hung up on me when I asked for a refund because I just signed up in February and they could not do it because it has been more than 30 days.
Based on other reported credit union issues, the problem seems to be on Quickens side
