Bills & Income: Add bills from connected accounts shows closed accounts

Quicken detected bills from your connected accounts. Add these bills…

It shows accounts that are, and have been disconnected from online services and have been closed in Quicken for years.

Total 13 accounts. 6 are closed.

I checked them all. They all have zero balances. They are disconnected & in the Online Services it says big & bold This Account is Closed.

Any thoughts on why Quicken is reading them as active and connected?

    Hi @CowanInc,

    Thank you for sharing what you're seeing.

    If Quicken is showing the message “detected bills from your connected accounts,” those are only suggestions and have not been added to your Bills & Income. They will not be tracked unless you choose to add them.

    In some cases, bills tied to closed accounts can still appear in this list because Quicken may retain previous connections to those billers, even after the account itself is closed.

    If the bills have not been added, there is nothing that needs to be removed, and you can safely ignore those suggestions.

    If you do see any of these bills already added in your Bills & Income, then you can remove them by going to the gear icon and selecting “Manage Online Billers.”
