Update is not working

My account update quit working, it starts to update and then just stalls. I have to quit the program from my task manager.

    Thank you for reporting the issue you are running into.

    I have some follow-up questions for you:

    • When did this issue begin?
    • Are you updating accounts from multiple financial institutions?
      • If so, is the update getting hung up on a specific one?
    • Are you using any VPN, Antivirus, or Firewall that could be preventing Quicken from connecting to the internet?
      • If so, try temporarily disabling it.
    • Where is your data file located?
      • You can see this by going to File. The first file listed near the bottom of the menu is the file you are currently in. The file pathway will be listed there, and that's what we are looking for.
    • Is your file being backed up/synced by any third-party services like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Carbonite?
