NEW! 4/3/26 Navy Federal Credit Union - FDP-101 / CC-601

I try:

On NFCU website, I grant third party access to my account. Then I get a response from https://services.quicken.com/

HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request

Going back to Quicken, the setup page for Express Connect does not open.

    Hello @Clint B,

    Thank you for reporting the issue you are seeing.

    Usually, the HTTP Status 400 error can be troubleshooted by clearing your web browser's cache and cookies, or changing your default web browser altogether. However, as you pointed out, we do have an Open Alert for this financial institution, so this could be related to that.

    Try clearing the cache and cookies, or switching your default web browser. Let us know if you are then presented with the CC-601 error.

    Alyssa, clearing the Chrome cache and removing all cookies worked. I am now setup for Express Web Connect+ for 4 Navy Federal Credit Union accounts.
