ETrade - unable to update or add new accounts since morning of 4/4

Trying to download (one step update) ETrade has not worked since Sat morning. cC-502. Adding new account at ETrade also failing in a variety of ways, basically hanging at 'looking for your accounts'. Tried many times over 2 days. Once or twice I got as far as being able to select which accounts I'd like to setup, but then it hangs and never comes back. Usually, I never get that far.

Thank you for reporting the issues you are experiencing with E*Trade.

After reviewing your connections internally, I can see you are getting two errors, CC-502 and CC-503. I am guessing the CC-502 occurs when you attempt to update existing accounts, and the CC-503 occurs when you try to add a new account.

Given that you have been receiving the CC-502 error for more than 24 hours, it is recommended that you contact Quicken Support directly. They will be able to take a closer look at this with you and process an escalation if needed.
