When I start in LifeHub to "Connect Quicken to LifeHub" and click "Get Started" no Quicken Classic link appears

Quicken has a different login name & password than LifeHub—could this be it?

Yes, the login credentials being different is exactly what would be causing this.
Please reach out to Quicken Support directly so they can move your LifeHub subscription to the same email you use with Quicken.
