CC Error - on Windows Classic Quicken. Unable to set up account updates for MasterCard at Security
Unable to set up account updates for MasterCard at Security Service Federal Credit Union. I have been trying for several days without any success. I get the same feedback: "We have an unknown issue. Try again later or the next day." Is someone working on this Issue?

Transaction downloads from other financial institutions are not a problem. I have tried resetting the accounts at Security Service, but Quicken never allows me to proceed past the CC-501 error notice.

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been unable to update your Security Service FCU accounts. I checked your accounts on our end and saw a successful connection yesterday; however, it was returning another error code (FDP-102).
Please try the following steps:
- Open the transaction register for the account with the error message.
- Click the Gear Icon in the upper right of the register and select Update Now.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
- Repeat these steps for each account with this error.
If you continue to see the same error, I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time and escalate the issue if necessary.
