Credit Score - Failed to connect to the server
I have been having an issue with the Credit Score function for longer than I can remember. I've tried calling support, and allegedly the issue has been elevated, but that was 6 months ago. I've tried calling back multiple times and can never get an update. I have to start from scratch, explaining the issue every time.
Long story short, when I click on the Credit Score link, a new window opens saying:
"Internet unavailable. Failed to connect to the server. This could happen if you are in an offline mode. Please try later."
I can use One Step Update with no issues. I've already verified all of the steps suggested for Windows Defender and Firewall settings. My settings are good to go.
I can get the window to open, requesting my social security number, if I log out of my Quicken Account, close Quicken, and then log back in. But after I enter my SSN, I get the same message as before. Screenshot attached.
I see this issue in a number of threads, but they are all closed without having a resolution. Does anyone know a fix for this issue? Thanks!

Thank you for reporting the issue you are experiencing.
I checked your interaction tickets internally and can confirm this was escalated in March. The escalation is open and being worked on. We do not have an ETA as to when it will be fully resolved.
Further communication from the escalation team would be through email. If they need more information from you, that's how they will reach out, so keep an eye out for that.
