I have been having an issue with the Credit Score function for longer than I can remember. I've tried calling support, and allegedly the issue has been elevated, but that was 6 months ago. I've tried calling back multiple times and can never get an update. I have to start from scratch, explaining the issue every time.
Long story short, when I click on the Credit Score link, a new window opens saying:
"Internet unavailable. Failed to connect to the server. This could happen if you are in an offline mode. Please try later."
I can use One Step Update with no issues. I've already verified all of the steps suggested for Windows Defender and Firewall settings. My settings are good to go.
I can get the window to open, requesting my social security number, if I log out of my Quicken Account, close Quicken, and then log back in. But after I enter my SSN, I get the same message as before. Screenshot attached.
I see this issue in a number of threads, but they are all closed without having a resolution. Does anyone know a fix for this issue? Thanks!
