Credit Score - Failed to connect to the server
I have been having an issue with the Credit Score function longer than I can remember. I've tried calling support and allegedly the issue has been elevated, but that was 6 months ago. I've tried calling back multiple times and can never get an update. I have to start from scratch explaining the issue every time.
Long story short, when I click on the Credit Score link, a new window opens saying:
"Internet unavailable Failed to connect to the server. This could happen if you are in an offline mode. Please try later."
I can use One Step Update with no issues. I've already verified all of the steps suggested for Windows Defender and Firewall settings. My setting are good to go.
I can get the window to open requesting my social security number if I logout of my Quicken Account, close Quicken, and then log back into the Quicken Account. But after I enter my SSN, I get the same message as before. Screen shot attached.
I see this issue in a number of threads, but they are all closed without having a resolution. Anyone know a fix for this issue? Thanks!
