Logix credit union still very unstable

Running Quicken Version 8.5.2 (Build 805.60133.100) on a Mac running OS 26.4.1.

For the past week and not in a consistent form. getting errors when trying to update the accounts

Total of 5 accounts. 3 my wife's login and the other 2 are mine. today, I got mine to connect and update but my wife's just keep refusing.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

After checking your connections internally, the most recent error you are receiving is an FDP-103. The article does provide steps you can take to try to resolve the error. However, given the number of failed attempts within a 24-hour period, there may now be a block on your account that needs to be lifted.

Please contact Quicken Support for assistance with this, as we do not have access to these tools from the Community.

@in2ndo I am having a similar experience - and I'm not daft - the fact that it's happening on several accounts - and behaving weird - maybe it's got something to do with Quicken and having multiple Logix accounts? IDK - no one at Logix or at Quicken support has been willing to consider that it's anything but my fault

@karenclifton2451 I followed the instructions in the FDP-103 link that Quicken Alyssa provided and that seems to have fixed the issue. Didn’t need to contact the bank.

It's probably not you. Logix told me to try changing the password probably because that person was grasping at straws. It didn't work for me until my ticket got escalated. FWIW, my ticket was 12323465 if anyone wants to reference it with Quicken Support as someone who had this problem fixed.
