Can't get details of transactions from Discover card

Thank you for reporting the issue you are having with Discover.
After checking your connections internally, I don't see any error messages, which is good. Please provide more information:
- How long has this issue been happening?
- Are you receiving any error messages?
- What type of account(s) are affected by this?
- How many accounts are being affected by this?
- Where exactly is this issue occurring?
- Is this happening in the desktop software, or on Quicken on the Web?
- Is your account balance updating, but no transactions are coming in?
- Do you have other accounts in Quicken that are updating properly?
