Options - Selling in option - action designation incorrect (Fidelity)

Since updates last fall any stock options sold in Fidelity download as "sold" rather than short sale (ShrtSell). This means after the download you have to manually change the action from Sold to ShrtSell. When you sell 100+ options each week it takes between 1.5 - 2 hours to accept the transaction and manually make the change.
Very time consuming. Quicken should fix this.

Same here, except with Schwab.
The past month, since March 5th (reported to Quicken Support), all of my Short Sell stocks, appear as a cash deposit for the money, with the stock in the memo field.
I reached out again to support April 8th, they have no resolution at this time. Weak answer.
