Wealthfront - unable to connect since 17 April 2026
Quicken Classic for Mac. As of 17 April 2026, unable to connect to Wealthfront.
Error:
"Please try again later.
Care Code: FDP-102
Details:
FI_TIMEOUT
Retry. Please try again After sometime"
Any suggestions for re-establishing a connection?
This is the 3rd financial service within the month to have connection issues (Navy Federal Credit Union, Barclay, now Wealthfront).

After further internal investigation, I found that the error (FDP-102) started today, as you mentioned. To better understand what might be causing this, I have a few questions for you:
- Have you recently changed your sign-in information with your financial institution?
If so, the issue could be related to the bank login password containing special characters that may interfere with Quicken’s ability to download transactions. These characters include: ampersand (&), left angle bracket (<), right angle bracket (>), backslash (), and forward slash (/). If your password includes any of these, I suggest updating it with your bank to exclude them. - Have you noticed any recent changes on your financial institution’s side?
