AMERICAN EXPRESS SAVINGS ACCOUNT NOT DOWNLOADING (AGAIN)

Set up a new AMEX Savings account. Added the account the usual fashion. When downloading transactions, no transactions download. If I reset the account, it then downloads an "adjusted balance."

I then attempted to manually download the transactions from the AMEX site. When I open the downloaded file, Quicken says it doesn't recognize the bank.

Looking back through past posts, I see this problem reported in 2023-24. I tried the suggestions there with no luck. Honestly, I never saw a good solution and the posts were closed.

What's the trick here?
