There are two ways to set up an annuity account in Quicken for Mac.
Here is how you can add the account:
- Click the “+” sign in the upper-left corner to add an account.
- Select Offline Accounts.
- Choose the option that best fits how you want to manage your finances:
- To track only the value of an annuity, use an Asset account.
- To track both value and performance, use an Investment account. Creating a new investment account will allow you to report on income, capital gains, and performance.
