Chase credit card transactions not downloading
Mac, Quicken Classic subscription. Updated software today. Now, I have 3 cards, one downloads transactions and two do not. I disconnected the accounts, reconnected, and it was successful, but it doesn't download recent transactions (last download 3/2/26 and 2/27/26). Suggestions?

Thank you for sharing what you’re experiencing.
I’ve checked your account on our end, and it appears that only one of the accounts is currently connected. I did not find any error messages, so to ensure everything is properly connected, please try refreshing your sign-in session and then updating the accounts again.
To refresh your sign-in session:
- Go to Quicken in the toolbar menu at the top left.
- Click on Sign out.
- Confirm that you want to sign out.
- Then sign back in and try to update your accounts.
