EECU-Fresno Can no longer log-in

Using an M1 2021 iMac running Tahoe 26.4.1, and I can no longer log in to our EECU-Fresno Bank. I'm getting a message that states, "Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for EECU-Fresno."

I disconnected the account(s) and tried to reconnect, but still received the same message. I can log in via the internet to my EECU account(s), no problem.

Has anybody else been having this problem? It started Thursday, 4/16/26.

Thank you for sharing what you’re experiencing.

I checked your account on our end and am seeing a different error than the one you reported, specifically, an FDP-106 error. There is a support article for this error that recommends deactivating and reactivating the accounts; however, since you’ve already tried those steps, the next best course of action would be to contact Quicken Support directly.

They’ll be able to guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time and escalate the issue if needed.

I am getting error code cc-502 when trying to activate online services. it says"Quicken can't add this account because the EECU-Fresno website is temporarily unavailable". I spoke with EECU-Fresno and they said it's a Quicken issue. I was informed that EECU-Fresno recently changed its domain name so this may be an issue. I also see there was a quicken ticket # 12366840 created to look into this issue.

To send your logs:

Open Quicken
Click Help
Select Report a Problem
Click Send to Quicken

EECU Fresno made a change to their online banking URL on April 16, 2026. It is now Aprile 24th and Quicken has not fixed it. Updated online banking domain:

onlinebanking.myeecu.org/dbank/live/app/home

Apparently this has not happened yet. This is posted on EECU website: Once the domain name change is live, Intuit will update their system with the new online banking URL. Quicken and QuickBooks users will need to disconnect and then reconnect their EECU account within Quicken to establish a new connection. It may take additional time for Intuit to update their system with the new domain, so if connection is not established on the first attempt please try again later.

Of note, Quicken for Mac Deluxe, which I use is not owned by Intuit. As far as I understand. Just updated to version 9.0.0 today and still note working.

I found the error. After deleting the connection for my EECU accounts and adding them back in Quicken, It asks for a verification code by having it texted or voice called to your phone. I was always trying the texting option, but when I tried the voice option, it worked!

IMHO, this fix has taken too long. The credit union clearly gave quicken ample pre warning. We are now 3 weeks without the ability to reconcile. Financial institutions and quicken need to work together better. I know security is VERY important, but breaking a feature is bad business.
