connectivity between Wells Fargo and Quicken

My husband and I have several accounts at Wells Fargo. Recently, his logon credentials have failed to connect, but mine are working fine. Has something changed?

Thank you for reaching out. I’ve checked your account and didn’t see any error messages. To help me better understand the issue, could you please provide a bit more information:
- Are you seeing an error message? If so, please specify which one.
- Are you trying to update connected accounts or connect a Wells Fargo account in Quicken?
- What connection type are you using for your accounts (both the ones that are working fine and the ones experiencing issues)?
To check the connection method:
- Open an account.
- Click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Click on Edit account details.
- Select Online Services.
- The connection method is below the Financial Institution.
