Quicken R66.23 Find cannot locate Action=Withdraw or Action=Deposit

It appears Deposits and Withdrawals in Investment account are assigned Actions of Cash. In fact, Deposits and Withdrawals are not available Actions to select when reporting Investment Transactions:

and reports incorrectly show Action=Cash instead of the correct actions of Deposit or Withdrawal.

This breaks the Find operations as well as reporting.
